We only turn 250 once. Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

Honor those who preserve our historic places. Our historic preservation award program on May 6 commends the individuals, organizations, and institutions who contribute to the preservation of Huntsville-Madison County. Is there a property you believe deserves recognition? Click here to nominate!

Discover our American heroes. HHF’s American Signature Quilt will return to Harrison Brothers on Thursday, May 21. The American Signature Quilt incorporates the signatures of 170 notable Americans into a hand-stitched Ohio Star patterned quilt.

The accompanying exhibition, “How to Save a Historic Store in Five Easy Steps,” uses scrapbooks kept by Lynn Jones and Dale Rhoades to show how they created this masterpiece of Americana. This is the first time these items will be displayed to the public.
